Product Description:
Employing a seven-layer synchronous co-extrusion blow molding process, this film is made from high-end polyolefin (PO) substrate in a layered composite form. Each of the seven layers has its own function: the outer layer provides UV protection and dust prevention, the middle layer provides structural reinforcement and infrared heat preservation/light conversion, and the inner layer provides a long-lasting anti-drip coating. Various functional additives are added in layers without conflict, solving the shortcomings of three-layer and five-layer films where functions cancel each other out. This makes it a high-end agricultural greenhouse film.

1. Layered, Multifunctional Synergy.
Each layer independently incorporates anti-aging, heat-locking, light-converting, pesticide-resistant, and toughening agents, maximizing light transmission, heat retention, weather resistance, and anti-drip properties simultaneously without any performance-inhibiting issues.
2. Superior Heat Insulation and Freeze Protection.
The middle infrared barrier layer locks in heat radiation within the greenhouse, raising the nighttime temperature by 2–3℃, protecting overwintering crops during frost weather, and reducing heating energy consumption.
3. Long-Lasting Anti-Drip and Anti-Fog Effect.
The film surface is coated with a nano-coating with strong adhesion. The anti-drip and anti-fogging cycle is synchronized with the film's lifespan, preventing mid-life failure, reducing high-humidity diseases, and decreasing pesticide use.
4. High Light Transmittance and Diffuse Scattering.
Light transmittance exceeds 92%, providing soft and uniform light without scorching leaves from strong sunlight; a dual-light-converting model is available, converting ultraviolet light into red and blue photosynthetic light, increasing yield and improving quality.
5. Ultra-Durable and Highly Mechanically Resistant.
The seven-layer composite structure doubles the toughness, making it tear-resistant, puncture-resistant, and wind-stretched, and it does not become brittle at low temperatures; with the addition of high-end UV-resistant masterbatch, its outdoor service life is 3-5 years, far exceeding that of ordinary five-layer films and EVA films.
