Structure of Screw Grouting Machine:
Electrical system
The electrical system is composed of electric control box, circuit breaker, button switch, voltage, power indicator, AC contactor and wiring terminal. Rated working voltage 380V, after connecting the three-phase power supply line, the circuit breaker, power supply and voltage indicator light will light up and display the current voltage value, according to the corresponding grouting, pressure relief, stop, press the button to operate the grouting pump. The grouting button is the interlock switch, and the grouting operation can be carried out after pressing it. The pressure relief button is the point switch, normally open type, and only by pressing this switch often, the motor can reverse the pressure relief operation (note: the pressure relief cannot be carried out for a long time).
