Installation of High Pressure Grout Pump:
1 For fixed installation, please use the anchor bolt installation holes at the bottom of the base. Use reliable anchor bolt installation holes, which are conducive to the stable operation of the unit. The size of the installation holes should refer to the actual base.
2 For use in the field, it must be placed on a solid and stable ground without the use of anchor bolts, and it can also run safely and smoothly. If the position is unstable, excessive vibration will lead to loose parts of the adjusting motor controller, resulting in damage.
3 Check the power supply to meet the requirements of the speed regulating motor.
4 The suction section of the pipeline should not leak, generally should use the check valve.
5 The suction end and the discharge end shall not be connected with hard pipe at the same time. If necessary, only one end shall be connected with hard pipe.
