High Pressure Grouting Equipment
Structure of High Pressure Grouting Equipment:
1. The transmission system:
The high pressure pump is driven by a belt wheel. The belt wheel system consists of a small belt wheel, a large belt wheel, a group of belts and protective cover. The belt adopts SPB V belt with large transmission power. Can reduce the number of belts and reliable transmission power.
2. Safety stop valve and pressure gauge:
The globe valve developed by our company is integrated with diaphragm safety valve, which has the advantages of small size, light weight, sensitive initiation, simple assembly and convenient use.
3. Diaphragm type safety valve:
When the inlet pressure of the safety valve reaches the opening pressure, the diaphragm is cut and the pressure is released, which can protect the safety of the human body and the unit. After troubleshooting, replace the diaphragm and restart.
