Use Skills of Cold Bender:
1. 3. Start the pump button, control a reverse lever that oil cylinder top roller on steel, hard cylinder rod on the top roll after observation, for the first time can be bent 3 ~ 4 cm, start (left) feed forward button, make steel (left) even move forward, after putting in place to stop, measuring steel bending, meets the requirements after loosening remove the steel cylinder jacks, If not required, then control the reversing rod to make the cylinder 1000 top pressurized bending steel, top bending 1~2cm, start the backward (right) feed button, make the steel backward (right) uniform movement, stop after in place, measure the bending degree of the steel, after meeting the requirements, release the roller top of the cylinder to remove the steel, continue bending if not required, until reaching the requirements.
