Soldering Conditions
Number of reflow processes shall be less than 2 times. Cooling process to normal temperature is required between first and second soldering process.
Usage Guidelines
Static Electricity Protection: Use wrist bands or anti-static gloves when handling LEDs. Ensure all devices and equipment are properly grounded.
Moisture Proof Packaging: Recommended for optimal storage and handling.
Storage Conditions: Store at 30°C or less and 70% RH or less before opening. Use within one year.
After Opening: LEDs should be soldered within 24 hours after opening the package.
