This Online Coated UV Enhanced BOPET Film is a chemically coated biaxially oriented polyester film specifically engineered to deliver superior adhesion performance for UV-curable systems. It retains the inherent high tensile strength, stiffness and dimensional stability of BOPET base film, ensuring reliable performance during high-speed converting and die-cutting. The versatile surface treatment offers UV primer coating on one side and corona treatment on the opposite side, accommodating subsequent lamination or metallization processes. Standard thicknesses are 12 and 15 microns with widths from 300 to 2400 mm, and thermal shrinkage is controlled within MD 2.0 percent and TD 0.5 percent.
