This cavitated white opaque BOPP film is a specially engineered biaxially oriented polypropylene film featuring a unique micro-cavitated internal structure that creates a distinctive pearl-like white appearance. Millions of microscopic air pockets within the film deliver exceptional opacity, lightweight density and a premium aesthetic finish for confectionery, ice cream and premium label applications.
The cavitated structure provides high whiteness and opacity (light transmission ≤20%) with reduced density, allowing converters to produce lightweight yet opaque packaging with superior printability and barrier properties. Combined with high gloss and consistent gauge control, this white BOPP film is an excellent substrate for printed labels, wrappers and lamination where a premium matte-white look is required.
