Product Introduction:
It is mainly used for the dispersion of mineral mud and the removal of mineral surface impurities. Feeding particle size : < 5mm Effective volume : 1-8.4m³ Capacity : 5-40t/h

1.The intensity of scrubbing is large, the unique tank structure and impeller configuration are increased by about 30% compared to the conventional scrubbing machines of the same size. 2.Wear resistant, corrosion resistant, tank lining and impeller are all wear resistant materials, with high anti-corrosion and wear resistance
Working principle:
The ore slurry enters the cavity of the scrubbing machine , at the action of the strong stir of the impeller,the ore slurry produces violent turbulence. The ore particles have great momentum and there is a lot of friction and collision . The impurities on the surface of the ore are easily removed from the mineral surface by friction and impact due to their low strength. However, the cementites on mineral surface will be loose and broken up after being soaked by water and then after the strong friction collision between ore particles, so as to achieve the separation of clay and ore particles . These film impurities and clay-matter are broken down into the slurry, which can be separated out after subsequent desliming . In the actual production process, different agents should be added according to the actual conditions of the mineral
