1. Steel roller

This roller is used on the three-roller calender and is one of the core components of the whole set of equipment. Its quality directly affects the quality of the product. It is made of high-performance special steel to make the roller reach high strength and high hardness. The rollers are processed by special machine tools to reduce errors such as roundness, straightness and round runout.
