Design Serial Number "22": It indicates that this series adopts a cutting-edge technology matrix in the field of oil-immersed transformers. In addition to the conventional amorphous alloy iron cores and high thermal conductivity insulating oil, it focuses on integrating the optimized structure of three-dimensional wound cores. This not only further reduces magnetic reluctance loss but also enhances the anti-vibration and anti-noise performance of the iron core. Compared with traditional structures, its stability is improved by more than 20%.
High-End Model Mark "NX1": As the high-end configuration version of this series, its core upgrades are reflected in two major dimensions. Firstly, it uses environmentally friendly insulating media (such as plant-based insulating oil and biodegradable mineral oil), which causes no pollution to soil and water when discarded, conforming to the requirements of ecological protection. Secondly, it is equipped with a built-in intelligent sensing and early warning module, which can collect oil temperature and load data in real time and upload them to the operation and maintenance platform via the Internet of Things (IoT), realizing early warning of abnormalities and reducing sudden failures.
Energy Efficiency Class 1: As the highest energy efficiency standard for oil-immersed distribution transformers, its energy loss control capability is significantly superior to that of lower-class products. Compared with Class 2 energy efficiency models, it reduces comprehensive energy consumption by 10%-15%. Calculated based on 8,000 hours of annual operation, a single transformer can save approximately 500-800 kWh of electricity per year, demonstrating prominent economic advantages in long-term use.
