The S(B)22-NX1 is a high-end 10kV oil-immersed transformer that meets Energy Efficiency Level 1 standards. Its iron core uses laser-cut silicon steel sheets (lamination factor 97%, no-load loss reduced by 10%), windings adopt transposed conductors (skin effect loss reduced by 18%), and the oil tank is equipped with intelligent monitoring and automatic cooling. For the 1000kVA model, no-load loss ≤120W and load loss ≤1050W. It is suitable for urban core power distribution networks, and condition-based maintenance saves 40% of operation and maintenance costs.
