Product Description
This front axle marked part number DZ90009410010 is an integrally forged I-shaped axle beam made of high-strength alloy steel, processed via overall quenching and tempering heat treatment to improve rigidity and impact resistance. Both ends are reserved with kingpin mounting holes to install steering knuckles and realize front wheel steering function. Two spring mounting plates with precision drilled holes are welded on the upper surface for fixing leaf spring assemblies to bear front axle load and buffer road vibration. The surface is sprayed with red anti-rust primer to prevent oxidation and corrosion during storage and vehicle operation.
