Product Description
This crossmember with part number DZ15221440088 is manufactured from thick seamless steel pipe through integral U-shaped bending molding, with solid square mounting blocks welded firmly at both pipe ends. Each base is pre-drilled with two standard bolt holes for locking connection to the left and right longitudinal frame of the truck chassis. The entire surface is sprayed with black anti-corrosion paint to resist rust and abrasion under muddy, dusty and bumpy driving conditions. It serves as a transverse connecting beam between the two main longitudinal beams of the vehicle frame, limiting frame deformation, improving overall torsional rigidity of the chassis, and bearing auxiliary installation load for peripheral chassis components.
