Product Description
This turbocharger with OE part number 28231-2F780 is a variable geometry turbocharger (VGT) specially designed for matching diesel engines. It adopts an integrated assembly structure including cast iron turbine housing, aluminum compressor housing, electronic actuator, variable nozzle ring and precision rotor assembly. Driven by engine exhaust gas, the turbine wheel drives the compressor to compress intake air, significantly boosting engine power output, torque performance and fuel combustion efficiency. The built-in electronic actuator precisely adjusts the nozzle opening angle according to engine load and speed, effectively eliminating turbo lag at low RPM and preventing overboost at high RPM, delivering stable power output across full operating conditions. All installation flanges, oil supply and return ports fully conform to original engine specifications for direct bolt-on replacement without pipeline modification during engine overhaul.
