Protezyme BP100 is a high-performance feed protease enzyme developed through advanced microbial screening and animal nutrition research. It is specifically designed to improve protein hydrolysis and amino acid digestibility in animal feed applications.
The enzyme demonstrates stable activity under gastrointestinal and feed processing conditions, making it suitable for poultry, swine, and aquaculture nutrition. By improving protein digestion efficiency, Protezyme BP100 supports animal performance and feed value optimization.
One unit (U) of Protezyme-BP100 is defined as the amount of enzyme required to hydrolyze casein and release Folin-positive amino acids and peptides equivalent to 1 μg of tyrosine per minute under the conditions of pH 10.5 and 40°C.
