Habio lipase is developed by Habio Bioengineering Co., Ltd with microbe fermentation and advanced post-process technology, which can catalyze lipids hydrolyzation, esterification, and transesterification. Habio lipase has many advantages including efficient reaction, working on mild conditions, and no poisonous or any other side effects.
One unit (U) of enzyme activity is marked as U/g (or U/ml), and defined as the 1 g of solid enzyme powder (or 1 ml liquid enzymes), hydrolyze the substrate to produce 1μmol titratable fatty acid per minute at 40℃ and pH7.5.
* The optimum temperature is 25-70℃;
* The optimum pH is pH3.5-9.5;
* Good pepsin-trypsin, pH, temperature resistance;
* High storage stability, easy to transport, process and store;
* Optimized strain fermentation, advanced liquid submerged fermentation and post-process treatment, good stability and high efficiency.
* High efficiency of enzymolysis for crude fat in all kinds of feed ingredients, which enhances the utilization rate of lipid in feed and exogenous lipid.
* Upgrading of feed formula, reduction of feed cost, improvement of feed quality and animal production performance, suppression of harmful microorganisms, improvement of animals’ digestion and absorption system, and prevention from various diseases caused by the digestion of lipids
