As a common anti-nutritional factor, phytatephosphorus occupies 60%-80% of the totalphosphorus in feed ingredients and can't beused by animals. Phytic acid chelates metalions and proteins, and forms insoluble che-lates, thus causing a lack of trace elements inlivestock and poultry, and preventing thedigestion and absorption of phosphorus andamino acid. The undigested phosphorus, protein and metal ions are excreted with fecescausing serious pollution to the environment.
One Phytase Unit(U) is defined as the amount of enzyme required to release 1μmol of inorganic phosphorus per minute from 5.0 mmol/L sodium phytate at 37℃ and pH5.5.
* Higher thermostability and higher remaining rate after feed granulating compared with other similar products.
* Higher biological efficiency could be achieved by working immediately without releasing process in animals’ gastrointestinal tract because of no coating.
* Release calcium and phosphorus in feed ingredients, improve the utilization rate of calcium and phosphorus, and reduce the use of calcium hydrogen phosphate, therefore saving costs; Decrease the emission of calcium, phosphorus, and mineral elements and reduce environmental pollution; Decompose phytate which binds to protein and digestive enzymes to improve the digestibility of amino acids; Improve production performance effectively.
