Habio Alkaline Protease is a high-efficiency feed enzyme developed through advanced submerged fermentation and downstream stabilization technology. The enzyme effectively hydrolyzes protein substrates across a broad temperature and pH range, helping improve nutrient digestibility and feed utilization in modern animal production systems.
Designed for poultry, swine, and livestock feed applications, Habio Alkaline Protease supports the degradation of anti-nutritional protein factors while improving amino acid availability, intestinal health, and animal growth performance. The product also contributes to reduced nitrogen emissions and more sustainable feed production.
One unit (U) of Alkaline Protease activity is defined as the amount of enzyme required to liberate 1 μg Folin-positive amino acid and peptide equivalent to tyrosine per minute from casein substrate at pH 10.5 and 40℃
