Habio detergent enzyme is a highly efficient enzyme preparation produced by microbial fermentation technology and advanced post-treatment technology, mainly including protease, lipase, amylase, cellulase and other components. It is an efficient and safe washing aid. This product has no pollution to equipment, environment and fabric, and the action condition is mild.
Protease is one of the most important enzymes in the washing process, which can efficiently degrade common protein stains such as blood, milk, eggs, fruit juice, sweat stains, cocoa, coffee and so on. These stains are also the most difficult to be removed by surfactants and other washing aids. Alkaline protease is usually recommended in semi-alkaline detergent, which can degrade insoluble proteins into soluble peptide bonds or amino acids.
Lipase is the second enzyme used in detergent industry, which can effectively degrade oil stains and remove fat at low temperature. In addition, the effect of lipase has a cumulative effect, and the degradation effect is more obvious with the increase of washing times.
Amylase can hydrolyze starch into dextrin or maltose, which can effectively degrade starch stains such as chocolate, mashed potatoes, noodles and porridge. Amylase also has a good synergistic effect with other enzymes.
Cellulase is a very important invention, which acts on the microhairs and small fluffy balls on the main fiber due to repeated washing, rather than stains. Cellulase can remove microhairs and fluffy balls from the surface of the fabric, has a permanent anti-pilling and pilling effect, and at the same time makes the main fiber smoother, reduce the entanglement between fibers, make the fiber soft and drape well; cellulase also has the effect of whitening, restore the true color of white clothing, and make the color of colored clothing more bright; use together with pumice to enhance the stone washing effect of denim fabric and clothing.
Through the reasonable combination of the above enzymes, it can be applied to the washing treatment of fabric or clothing of fiber fabric and its blends, achieving the effects of decontamination, whitening, softening, polishing, etc., and can improve the appearance quality, finish, softness, air permeability and drape of textiles.
One unit (U) of Alkaline protease activity is defined as the amount of enzyme which liberates 1 μg Folin-positive amino acid and peptide of tyrosine per minute from substrate casein at pH 10.5 and 40℃.
One unit (U) of Lipase activity is marked as U/g (or U/ml), and defined as the 1 g of solid enzyme powder (or 1 ml liquid enzymes), hydrolyze the substrate to produce 1μmol titratable fatty acid per minute at 40℃ and pH7.5.
One Amylase Unit (U/g) is defined as the liquefaction of 1g of soluble starch in 1 hour at 60°C and pH 6.0.
One Cellulase Unit (U/g or U/mL) is defined as the amount of enzyme required to release 1 μmol of reducing sugar from a sodium carboxymethyl cellulose solution with a concentration of 5 mg/mL per minute at 50℃ and pH 4.8. (Reducing sugar is equal to glucose.)
