The HFTR-5000 is a high-capacity Capacitor Discharge Spot Welding Machine engineered for heavy-duty industrial applications. With a 5000-Joule energy rating, this machine excels at welding high-conductivity metals such as copper, brass, and aluminum alloys. By releasing stored energy in less than 15 milliseconds, it creates a high-intensity weld nugget without the excessive heat buildup that causes workpiece deformation or surface oxidation.
