HFDB-100 is a medium-frequency DC resistance welding machine for industrial spot welding and projection welding. It is mainly used when the workpiece requires concentrated heat input, stable current, short welding time, and consistent weld quality.
The machine is suitable for both standard metal sheet welding and more demanding production cases, such as high-strength steel, hot-formed steel, galvanized sheet welding, nut projection welding, and electrical contact welding.
Compared with traditional power-frequency welding machines, MFDC welding equipment can offer better current control, faster response, and more stable welding performance.
