The on-demand mixing approach means materials are combined only when dispensed, eliminating waste from pot life expiration and preventing clogging. After use, the automatic cleaning function flushes the mixing chamber with solvent from the integrated 5L cleaning tank; the disposable mixing tube can then be removed and cleaned or replaced. This "separate storage, mix at head" design is the industry standard for reliable two-component dispensing. Combined with dual 30L heated, stirred tanks, ±2% precision screw pumps, and adjustable 1:1 to 10:1 ratio control, the HP-Glue700 delivers consistent, high-quality results with minimal maintenance downtime.
