The Tetris™ industrial printing software provides a powerful yet intuitive programming environment. The 500W industrial camera vision positioning system achieves 0.01mm/pixel imaging accuracy for precise fiducial mark alignment.

Motion control is handled by a servo motor + screw module drive delivering ±0.02mm repeatability at printing speeds up to 300mm/s. The 4-head configuration allows wider printing swaths and parallel processing, dramatically increasing throughput compared to 2-head systems. The electrically adjustable conveyor (50-400mm) accommodates diverse PCB sizes with component height clearance up to 20mm.

The advanced ink path system supports single-pass printing thickness of 20-90μm, with multiple passes available for thicker applications. Thickness control accuracy is maintained at ±5μm. The built-in UV LED pre-curing system (395nm, air-cooled) provides instant partial curing to prevent material flow on vertical surfaces or dense component areas.
