The HP-M50-D is a revolutionary dispensing system that eliminates the need fortooling fixtures, jigs, and dedicated operators. Using advanced visual-following technology, its CCD camera automatically recognizes product position and orientation—products can be placed randomly on the conveyor, and the system adjusts dispensing paths accordingly.
Advanced Motion Control
This 5-axis independent control system features electric needle rotation and tilt, enabling access to complex geometries that fixed-angle dispensers cannot reach. With 1000mm/s maximum speed and ±0.02mm repeat accuracy, it delivers both throughput and precision.
Seamless Production Integration
The system integrates seamlessly with existing production lines—simply connect to your belt conveyor (750±20mm height, 350-500mm width). No line structure modifications required. The 2600ml glue tank accepts original packaging, minimizing material transfer and waste.
Flexible Programming
After changing products, simply update the program—no manual repositioning or fixture changes needed. The system supports points, lines, continuous lines, arcs, and circles for versatile dispensing applications.
