Brief Introduction
The 308 Excimer system is a handheld system for intense monochromatic UVB therapy, treating autoimmune diseases of the skin such as psoriasis and vitiligo. Using a 308nm wavelength which replicates the wavelength of the excimer laser, Excimer 308 allows you to treat patients quickly and effectively with the benefits of a lighter weight system that offers greater flexibility lower investment costs greater ease of use.

Treatment Principle
Cl atoms and Xe atoms in the sealed handpiece form the unstable XeCI excimer under the action of high frequency electric field, and this excimer is extremely unstable to naturally radiate 308nm single wavelength excimer light in the process of transferring from quasi-molecular state into atomic state, which is mainly used for psoriasis, vitiligo and other diseases treatment.
The irradiation intensity of 308 phototherapy apparatus is 35mW/cm2, 308 excimer power is 10 times bigger than a normal UVB lamp. the treatment time and cycle are much shorter.
