The node integrates a multi-layer sealing system: the first layer is an exposed weather-resistant silicone structural sealant that resists UV aging and rainwater erosion; the second layer is a closed-cell EPDM compression-type air seal strip, which forms an elastic sealing interface during unit interlocking; the third layer is an "equal-pressure drainage cavity" composed of an internal drainage membrane and air pressure balance holes, effectively preventing rainwater infiltration and condensation accumulation. All metal connectors undergo anti-corrosion treatment such as anodizing or fluorocarbon spraying and are validated through finite element simulation analysis and physical cyclic loading tests to ensure long-term performance stability under wind pressure resistance (meeting the national standard Level 12), seismic fortification (satisfying an 8-degree seismic design requirement), and fatigue loading.
