The window frame is constructed from 6063-T6 aluminum profiles with a wall thickness of 2.0mm, paired with heavy-duty stainless steel four-bar friction hinges, allowing sashes up to 1800mm in width to remain securely positioned at any angle between 0° and 90°. The multi-point locking system incorporates anti-pry locking points and linked handles, balancing operational efficiency with basic security needs.
The system design focuses on industrial practicality: the sash combines dual-layer EPDM sealing gaskets with stepped drainage channels to ensure airtightness and drainage efficiency under normal wind and rain conditions. Standard glazing is 8mm tempered glass, with optional insulating or laminated glass to meet localized energy efficiency or safety requirements. All exposed metal components are treated with fluorocarbon coating and undergo a 120-hour salt spray test, making them suitable for mildly corrosive industrial environments.
Installation employs modular pre-assembled corner brackets and adjustable fixings, allowing for ±15mm wall tolerance compensation and enabling rapid batch construction. The product is widely used in applications such as high-side windows in logistics warehouses, ventilation bands in production workshops, and clerestory windows in sports halls.
