Automated Industrial Salt Washing and Refining Production Line
For sea salt and rock salt, covering crushing, washing, centrifuge dewatering and drying, supporting edible and industrial salt production.
Overview
This line follows Hanpu’s proven route: raw salt crushing, multi-stage washing, two-stage pusher centrifuge dewatering, and hot-air or fluidized-bed drying. Downstream includes screening and packing. Design focuses on energy, product purity and stable operation.
Raw materials: sea salt, rock salt
Control: PLC with inverter drive options
Contact materials: stainless steel optional
Feeding and screw washing unit for different feed sizes and washing intensity.
Reduce raw salt to suitable particle size, easing washing and grading.
2) Multi-stage Washing
Use screw/agitator washers with counter-current rinsing to remove mud, sand and soluble impurities, improving purity.
3) Continuous Centrifuge Dewatering
Two-stage pusher centrifuge lowers moisture and saves drying energy.
4) Drying & Screening
Hot-air or fluidized-bed drying to target moisture, then screening to grain size before packing.
Drying and conveying module with integrated control.
Core Equipment: Two-Stage Pusher Centrifuge
Used for salt crystal solid-liquid separation, continuous operation with PLC, stainless steel contact parts optional, inverter speed control. Configurations fit line capacities from 10–1000 t/day.
