Description
Pillow plate heat exchanger is a kind of plate heat exchanger assembled by inflated pillow plates, the material of pillow plate can be SS304, SS316, SS316L, DSS, TA2..etc, the sharp, plate thickness, working pressure can be customized to meet your exact requests.
Falling Film Chiller is a kind of heat exchanger built by a series of pillow plates,inserted in a frame, used to cool product outside the wall of pillow plate, inside the frame to your desired temperature. Its application depends on pillow plate technology.
The medium inside the pillow plate can be cooled water, the water can be cooled down again to the required temperature and recirculate used. With this advanced design, Falling Film Chiller can make products continuously cooled to an even temperature with very low cost.
Immersion Chiller is a single plate or a bank assembled by a group of several laser plates, immersed in a container full of liquid,the medium in the pillow plates will be cool or heat the liquid in the container by heat transfer.
