Engineer-to-order tubular (shell-and-tube) MVR evaporator with a forced-circulation loop for high-salinity, viscous, and solids-bearing feeds. Mechanical Vapor Recompression (MVR) recycles latent heat as the primary duty, delivering low OPEX, robust heat transfer, and stable 24/7 operation for chemical, food, and environmental services.
Secondary vapor is mechanically compressed to elevate saturation temperature and reused as the heating medium. The forced-circulation loop provides high shear at tube walls, protecting heat-transfer coefficients across variable chemistry and viscosity while keeping specific energy low.
Wetted parts in SS316L/duplex; titanium/Hastelloy options for chloride or aggressive feeds. Drainable layouts, removable channel heads, CIP skid, and antiscalant dosing extend campaign length.
