Our MVR/MEE evaporation and crystallization systems help you cut energy and stabilize operations across high-salinity processes: inorganic salt production & PDV salt refining, salt-lake lithium brine pre-concentration and mother-liquor recovery, seawater-desalination brine concentration and Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD), and food/nutraceutical duties such as sugar refining and vitamin concentration. For industrial wastewater, we deliver high-TDS brine concentration up to ZLD. An MVR (Mechanical Vapor Recompression) evaporator is a very energy-efficient machine for concentrating liquids. Its main job is to recycle its own steam. It captures the vapor produced during boiling, compresses it to make it hotter, and then uses that hot vapor to boil more liquid.
