Detailed Product Introduction
This MIG welding torch neck, also known as swan neck or torch bend tube, is a core replacement spare part for gas‑shielded MIG / CO₂ welding torches, available in 200A, 350A and 500A specifications to match different‑power welding guns. It serves as the middle connecting section between the torch handle and nozzle assembly, undertaking current conduction, wire feeding and gas channel transmission during welding work.
The inner conductive tube adopts high‑quality copper material. Excellent electrical conductivity ensures stable current transmission, reduces heat generation during long‑time welding, and effectively avoids over‑heating burning‑out issues. The copper tube supports flexible bending, operators can adjust the bending angle freely according to working angles and complex welding positions, bringing great convenience for corner welding, deep‑groove welding and narrow‑space operation scenarios.
The outer layer is wrapped with high‑temperature‑resistant rubber protective sheath. It insulates and protects the inner copper tube, blocks splashing welding slag, resists abrasion and ageing, improves the durability of the whole neck. Thread joints on both ends are precisely machined, which can realize tight connection with torch handle and nozzle accessories, no loose contact, no gas leakage during welding. Good sealing performance guarantees stable shielding‑gas output, prevents air from invading welding area, and helps obtain clean welding seam.
Three current grades cover common‑use welding demands:
200A torch neck: Fits 200‑amp MIG welding torches, suitable for light‑duty sheet metal welding, short‑time intermittent workshop operation. Compact and flexible for fine‑position welding.
350A torch neck: For 350A gas‑shielded welding guns, widely used in medium‑load continuous welding scenarios, common in metal fabrication workshops. Balanced performance for daily industrial production.
500A torch neck: Designed for heavy‑duty 500A welding torches. Reinforced conductive copper tube structure, adapts to long‑time high‑current continuous welding, ideal for thick‑plate processing, heavy‑industry manufacturing and high‑frequency working conditions.
These torch necks are easy to install and replace. When your original neck gets burnt, cracked or deformed, you can directly take this part as drop‑in replacement without extra modification. Widely applied in auto repair, metal structure processing, hardware manufacturing, workshop production and other MIG welding occasions. It is a cost‑effective consumable spare part for welding equipment maintenance.
