Product Description
Our TIG welding ceramic nozzles are manufactured from premium high‑purity alumina ceramic material. It delivers outstanding high‑temperature resistance, excellent thermal‑shock resistance and solid mechanical strength for long‑time continuous welding work.
Perfectly compatible with QQ150, QQ300, WP18 and WP26 series TIG welding torches. Multiple sizes ranging from 4# to 8# are offered to fit various tungsten electrode diameters and diverse welding conditions.
Precision‑machined inner bore enables steady, uniform argon gas flow. It builds a complete stable shielding gas layer to isolate outside air from the welding pool. Effectively eliminate common welding defects including oxidation, porosity and black weld beads, greatly improving welding finish and quality.
The ceramic structure resists cracking under frequent sharp temperature changes. Strict dimensional tolerance ensures close fit with torch head to prevent gas leakage. Widely applicable for TIG welding of stainless steel, carbon steel and aluminum alloy. An ideal replacement consumable for workshop production, equipment maintenance and field outdoor welding operations.
