Full Product Description
Our TIG collet body is a core replacement part for WP17, WP18 and WP26 series TIG welding torches, offered in multiple bore sizes ranging from 1.6mm to 3.2mm to fit various tungsten electrode diameters.
Manufactured from high‑purity red copper, this collet body features outstanding electrical and thermal conductivity. It ensures stable current transmission and effectively lowers heat buildup during long‑duration continuous welding. Precisely machined threads and knurled outer surface enable smooth assembly and firm locking for tungsten electrodes, minimizing arc wandering and delivering consistent arc performance.
Uniformly distributed gas holes deliver even shielding‑gas flow. It forms a complete protective gas barrier around the welding pool, reduces oxidation and discoloration, and improves overall weld quality. Strict dimensional tolerance guarantees excellent interchangeability for quick part replacement.
Suitable for welding stainless steel, carbon steel, alloy steel and other metal materials. Widely applied in workshop production, equipment maintenance, fabrication job sites and other heavy‑duty welding scenarios, serving as a durable consumable for daily TIG welding work.![]()
