1. Description of Full‑Series Tungsten Electrodes

Red Head WT20 (Thorium Tungsten Electrode)
WT20 tungsten electrode contains 2% thorium oxide. It performs excellently in arc stability, mainly used for high‑current DC welding, widely applied in carbon steel, stainless steel and heavy‑duty industrial welding.

Grey Head WC20 (Cerium Tungsten Electrode)
Cerium tungsten electrode is a non‑radioactive tungsten electrode product by adding rare‑earth cerium oxide to tungsten base. It has better arc starting performance under low voltage, widely used for pipe welding, stainless steel products and tiny precision parts. It is the preferred alternative to thorium tungsten electrodes under low‑current DC conditions.

Gold Head WL15 & Blue Head WL20 (Lanthanum Tungsten Electrode)
Lanthanum tungsten electrodes are eco‑friendly thorium‑free products. WL15 (Gold Head, 1.5% lanthanum oxide) balances current resistance and service life; WL20 (Blue Head, 2% lanthanum oxide) is suitable for both DC and AC welding. Both can perfectly replace thorium tungsten electrodes.

Green Head WP (Pure Tungsten Electrode)
Pure tungsten electrode is 100% high‑purity tungsten, mainly used for AC welding of aluminum, magnesium and their alloys.

White Head WZ08 (Zirconium Tungsten Electrode)
Zirconium tungsten electrode contains 0.8% zirconium oxide, ideal for aluminum alloy AC welding, with anti‑pollution and stable arc performance.
