This P80 plasma electrode and nozzle is a core consumable part for air plasma cutting torch. The electrode adopts high-purity hafnium wire as the discharge core, which features excellent high temperature resistance, stable arc performance and long service life. The nozzle body is made of chromium zirconium copper with nickel plating treatment, which has great electrical conductivity, anti-oxidation and anti-spatter performance, not easy to deform under continuous high temperature working conditions.
It is widely used for cutting carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, iron and other metal sheets. It is suitable for manual plasma cutting and CNC plasma cutting work, common in metal fabrication, auto repair, scrap metal processing, engineering workshop and metal sculpture processing.
