Product Description
The full-featured Ring & Spot Laser Welding Machine is a self-developed device of the company, with adjustable energy levels for both its inner spot and outer ring laser beams. It supports multiple output modes, including Gaussian beam (single inner spot), ring laser beam, and hybrid mode that combines inner spot and outer ring beams. In on-site operations, users can flexibly switch between these modes according to specific welding process requirements.
This laser system effectively meets the demands of high-quality laser welding for ultra-complex processes, and acts as one of the core products that significantly enhance welding quality and operational efficiency.

Equipped with a waveform card which supports QCW (user-defined waveforms for spot welding), PWM modulation, CW (continuous wave), and this laser emission modes with built-in laser power ramp-up/ramp-down functionality.
