The Blue Composite Laser Welding Machine is a professional equipment launched by Hanwei Laser specifically for solving welding challenges in high-reflectivity metal materials such as copper, aluminum, gold, and silver. This innovative machine coaxially combines 450nm blue laser with 1080nm infrared fiber laser; blue laser's high absorption characteristic effectively activates material surfaces and significantly improves welding process stability, while infrared laser provides high energy density ensuring penetration depth, achieving nearly spatter-free stable deep penetration welding. The equipment is particularly suitable for high-precision welding applications in new energy vehicle battery modules, electric vehicle electronic control systems, radiators, water cooling plates, motor rotors, and other scenarios.
Key Features
The blue light source collaboration is the core technical highlight of this equipment. Blue light (450nm) achieves over 60% absorption rate on copper, compared to only approximately 5% with traditional infrared lasers, fundamentally solving the "high reflection" challenge in copper welding. During composite welding, blue light preheats and activates the material while infrared laser achieves deep penetration and forming; their collaboration ensures both penetration depth and spatter avoidance. Test data shows that in 1.5mm purple copper butt welding, tensile strength can reach over 65% of base material, with weld porosity controlled below 0.5%. The equipment features an intelligent energy ratio control system that automatically adjusts blue/infrared power ratios according to material type and thickness, simplifying operational difficulty.
