Installation Guide: Common Rail Fuel Injector
Absolute Cleanliness: Clean the engine area around the cylinder head before removing old parts. Even microscopic dust can ruin a common rail injector.
Inspection: Check the injector bore (injector seat) in the cylinder head for carbon deposits, debris, or deep scratches.
Mandatory Replacements: Always use a new copper sealing washer (crush washer) and new O-rings. Never reuse the old ones.

You can replace just one if the others test fine. However, on high-mileage trucks, if one injector has worn out naturally, the others are usually close to failing as well.
