Model 384-0607 is a heavy-duty HEUI hydraulic unit pump specially designed for CAT C7/C9 Acert engine fuel injection systems. Unlike solenoid common rail injectors that handle fuel atomization for light vans, this core hydraulic pump generates stable high oil pressure to actuate HEUI injectors, controlling precise fuel delivery to each cylinder. It resolves typical machine faults including weak digging power, slow grader response, rough idle, hard cold startup and excessive exhaust smoke under continuous heavy logging or road construction loads. Every casting, internal plunger assembly and 36-tooth drive gear strictly follows CAT OEM blueprint for bolt-on direct replacement without gear housing modification.
