Siding screw is one of popular fastener screws , it is similar with roofing screw or self tapping screw with hex washer head or thread cutting screws , siding screw is designed for fastening wooden or plastic or chipboard objects that are widely used in furniture and building .
Generally , siding screw has a hex washer head and painted in different color like white , black , green . red and yelllow etc . self tapping threads with sharp point and a cutting through 3 or 5 threads on the point for quick cuting material and more steady fastening purpose . and a metal bounded EPDM washer is assembled to under head that can protect screw to be damaged by rain or sand and provide more good fastening .

Finish

Normally , screws can be passed 48 hours and max 96 hours for zinc plated during salty sprey testing .
