Chemical composition
The main chemical components of GH2747 alloy include:

‌Nickel (Ni): 44-46%, giving the alloy excellent high temperature strength and corrosion resistance.
‌Chromium (Cr): 15-17%, enhancing oxidation resistance and forming a dense protective oxide film.
‌Aluminum (Al): 2.9-3.9%, improving the creep resistance of the material by forming a γ′ precipitation strengthening phase.
‌Other elements: such as molybdenum (Mo), titanium (Ti), cobalt (Co), tungsten (W), niobium (Nb), etc., further optimize the performance of the alloy.

Physical properties
The physical properties of GH2747 alloy rods include:

‌Density‌: 8.26 g/cm³‌.
‌Melting point‌: 1250℃ to 1350℃, can withstand extreme temperatures of 1300℃ for a short time‌.
‌Thermal conductivity‌: 10.5 - 24.3 W/(m·K)‌ in the range of 100~900℃.
‌Linear expansion coefficient‌: 17.07×10⁻⁶/K‌ at 20-800℃.
‌Elastic modulus‌: drops from 218 GPa to about 128 GPa in the range of 0~800℃‌.

Performance characteristics
High temperature strength: GH2747 can maintain good mechanical properties at high temperatures, and its tensile strength and yield strength remain at a high level under high temperature conditions.

Anti-oxidation and corrosion resistance: By increasing the chromium content and adding rare earth elements in appropriate amounts, the alloy's anti-oxidation properties at 1000℃-1300℃ are effectively improved.

Welding performance: GH2747 has good weldability, high strength and good toughness of the welded joint, and can be welded using various processes.

Processing performance: The alloy has good processing performance, is easy to form and weld, and can be hot forged, hot rolled, heat treated, etc.
