Product Overview

This series S32760 super duplex stainless steel round bars are manufactured by hot rolling, forging or cold‑drawing, followed by strict solution annealing plus rapid water quenching to achieve well‑balanced ferrite‑austenite dual‑phase microstructure. Standard delivery state is solution‑annealed blank ready for CNC rough & finish machining.

S32760 (Zeron 100 / 1.4501) is premium tungsten‑copper‑modified super‑duplex stainless steel. Compared with S32750(2507), additional W and Cu further improve pitting resistance and reducing‑acid tolerance, qualified for NACE sour‑gas working environments. Its duplex structure delivers far higher yield strength than common austenitic stainless steel such as 316L / 904L. Widely processed into valve stems, pump shafts, downhole tool blanks, high‑strength fasteners, agitator rods and heat‑exchange components for offshore oil‑gas, subsea projects, seawater desalination, flue‑gas desulfurization and heavy‑duty chemical industries.
