Our custom profile‑cutting service delivers precision‑cut metal blanks and complex profile components from various raw metal stock. We deploy laser, water‑jet, plasma and saw‑cutting equipment to process sheets, plates, bars, tubes and structural profiles per customer CAD / DWG / DXF drawings.

Supported materials cover general carbon steel, alloy steel, common stainless grades and high‑performance super‑duplex SS2507(S32750) for severe corrosive environments. Beyond pure cutting, we offer auxiliary operations including deburring, edge chamfering, bending, hole machining and surface finishing.

Suitable for mechanical equipment, petrochemical, offshore marine, construction and general‑engineering projects. We can deliver cut‑to‑size profile blanks or semi‑finished parts to save customers’ in‑house machining workload.

Material Grade Characteristics
Carbon Steel (Q235B / A36 / Q345B / S355JR)

General structural carbon steel, good cutting & weldability. Ideal for construction frames, mechanical base blanks and non‑corrosive environment components.

Alloy Steel (4130 / 4140 / A519 series)

High‑strength low‑alloy steel. Excellent hardenability after heat‑treatment, widely used for shaft, gear and heavy‑load mechanical profile blanks.

Austenitic Stainless Steel (304 / 304L / 316L / 321)

Balanced corrosion‑resistance and fabricability. 316L performs well in chloride‑containing medium for chemical and coastal equipment profile parts.

Duplex 2205 (S32205)

Standard duplex stainless steel with mixed ferrite‑austenite microstructure. Higher mechanical strength than common austenitic stainless steel, good pitting‑corrosion resistance for marine‑related components.

SS2507 Super‑Duplex Stainless Steel (UNS S32750 / 1.4410)

Super‑duplex grade with balanced ferrite‑austenite phase structure. Ultra‑high tensile & yield strength; outstanding resistance to pitting, crevice and chloride stress‑corrosion cracking. Designed for harsh seawater, offshore, oil‑gas and high‑chloride chemical working conditions. Requires controlled heat input during cutting & welding to preserve duplex metallographic structure.

Aluminum & Copper‑Nickel Alloy

Light‑weight aluminum for structural profile parts; Cu‑Ni alloy features excellent seawater corrosion‑resistance for marine cooling components.
