Product Overview

This series of Hastelloy C276 round bars are manufactured by hot rolling, forging or cold‑drawing, followed by solution annealing and rapid water quenching to obtain homogeneous single‑phase solid‑solution austenitic microstructure. Standard delivery is soft solution‑annealed blank ready for full‑range rough‑and‑finish CNC machining.

Hastelloy C276 (UNS N10276 / 2.4819) is one of the most versatile wrought nickel‑base corrosion‑resistant alloys. The combined chromium‑molybdenum‑tungsten alloying system provides reliable protection against a wide spectrum of aggressive media including mixed oxidizing‑reducing acids, wet chlorine, hypochlorite, hot brine and H₂S‑containing sour‑gas environments. Thanks to ultra‑low carbon and silicon composition, weld heat‑affected‑zone sensitization is largely avoided. Widely processed into agitator shafts, valve stems, heat‑exchanger component blanks, high‑strength fasteners and reactor internals for chemical‑processing, power‑plant flue‑gas‑desulfurization(FGD), offshore‑oil‑gas, pharmaceutical and pulp‑paper industries.
