This series of Hastelloy C276 machining parts are custom corrosion‑resistant nickel‑alloy components for severe‑corrosion industrial equipment. Raw material adopts qualified C276 bar, forging or plate per ASTM B574 and ASTM B564, delivered in solution‑annealed state. Workpieces go through stress‑relief, multi‑axis CNC machining, deburring, pickling‑passivation and full‑range non‑destructive testing.

Benefiting from high contents of chromium, molybdenum and tungsten, Hastelloy C276 resists pitting, crevice and stress‑corrosion cracking which ordinary stainless steel cannot withstand.
