Material Grade Characteristics
1. 321 Stainless Steel (ASTM A182 F321)
- Titanium-stabilized austenitic stainless forged flange material
- Excellent intergranular corrosion resistance after long-term high-temperature service
- Stable structural integrity under continuous working temperature up to 800°C
- Higher mechanical strength than cast flanges via hot forging process, ideal for high-temperature furnace & thermal pipeline connections
2. Inconel 625 Nickel-Based Superalloy
- Ni-Cr-Mo premium superalloy for extreme corrosion & high temperature dual demand
- Sustains stable mechanical properties at maximum 980°C high temperature, outstanding oxidation resistance
- Superior resistance to seawater, chloride ions, mixed inorganic/organic acids; perfect for offshore sour gas equipment

3. Alloy 28 / N08028 / 1.4563 (Sanicro 28 Super Austenitic Alloy)
- Ultra-high Cr-Ni-Mo alloy (26-28%Cr, 30-34%Ni, 3-4%Mo) seamless pipe material
- Specialized for sulfuric acid, phosphoric acid medium containing chloride/fluoride impurities
- Excellent stress corrosion cracking resistance, better localized corrosion performance than Incoloy 825, cost alternative to Inconel 625 for sour gas projects
- Balanced ductility and weldability for chemical plant & offshore pipeline systems
4. ASME SA-335 / SA-213 Cr-Mo Heat Resistant Alloy Steel (P11/P22/T12/P91)
- Chromium-molybdenum alloy structural steel for boiler, power station high-temperature high-pressure pipelines
- Great high-temperature creep resistance and anti-oxidation performance
- Minimum tensile strength 415MPa, yield strength ≥205MPa, elongation ≥30%
