Product Overview

This series of Hastelloy C4 hollow bars are seamless thick-walled hollow blanks produced via hot extrusion & cold drawing forming process. After strict solution annealing and stress relief heat treatment, the alloy forms fully homogeneous single-phase austenite structure without harmful intermetallic precipitates.

Different from Hastelloy C276, C4 is specially optimized for oxidizing acid working conditions. Its ultra-low C & Si content guarantees stable metallurgy under repeated thermal cycles and welding heat zones. The seamless hollow structure saves raw material and reduces heavy internal boring workload for customers, widely processed into heat exchanger tubes, acid pipeline sleeves, reactor hollow components and pickling equipment tubular parts for chemical and nuclear industries.
