Product Overview
This series of Monel 400 round bars are hot rolled and hot forged solid nickel-copper alloy rods. After complete solution annealing and stress relief treatment, the material has uniform single-phase solid solution grain structure, stable dimensional tolerance and balanced mechanical and anti-corrosion performance.
Monel 400 is the most widely used nickel-copper alloy. It has unique corrosion resistance to hydrofluoric acid and seawater that stainless steel cannot match, and maintains stable performance in alkaline, salt water and neutral chemical environments. It is widely processed into shafts, fasteners, valve cores and mechanical blanks for marine, chemical and desalination equipment.
